Meaningful Milestones Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC was founded to bring thoughtful, individualized ABA to families throughout Georgia. What began as an in-home practice is now expanding into a purpose-built clinic in Alpharetta — so we can offer the full spectrum of care, from early intervention to school readiness.
Our mission
We help children reach meaningful milestones — the everyday wins that unlock connection, independence, and joy. We measure success not by hours delivered, but by the moments families celebrate because of the work we do together.
Our approach
Every treatment program is individualized and guided by Verbal Behavior principles. We facilitate meaningful learning by teaching functional communication, adaptive skills, and independence while addressing challenging behaviors through evidence-based behavior analytic principles. Our treatment plans are data-informed, family-centered, and designed to help each child make meaningful progress in everyday life.

Youngbin Kim, Ed.M., BCBA, GASLBA, NYSLBA
Founder & Clinical Director
Youngbin Kim is the founder and Clinical Director of Meaningful Milestones Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst, he has extensive experience supporting children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy.
Mr. Kim holds dual master's degrees from Columbia University, Teachers College in Applied Behavior Analysis and in Curriculum and Teaching. His graduate training combined behavior science with educational instruction and child development, and he specializes in Verbal Behavior Analysis — focusing on helping children build functional communication and language skills.
Before founding Meaningful Milestones ABA, Mr. Kim worked as a behavior analyst, clinical supervisor, and head teacher, gaining valuable experience in both clinical settings and the classroom. His background in teaching helps him design individualized programs that support communication, social development, and independence.
Mr. Kim is fluent in English and Korean and has extensive experience working with children from diverse cultural and language backgrounds — allowing him to effectively support families from a wide range of communities. He remains committed to helping children develop the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in their communities.
